I finally finished some journals for my etsy shop. The bottom four are stitched together and waiting to be painted on, written on, or otherwise embellished by you. The four vintage ledgers have all been "jump started" by me for those of you that are intimidated by the blank page or overwhelmed at the beginning when faced with so many pages to play on. They all have different amounts of pages, and all have pages that are plain too. So basically, the finished journal will be a collaborative effort between me and whoever buys it. Here's an example of heavy collaging by me:
And some pages are done with a lot lighter hand:
You can go see more details at pamg.etsy.com . I have no idea of this concept will be of interest, but no worries, I can always use some more journals myself. {And yes, for those of you interested, wallpaper 1/2 rolls still to be listed soon...}

Oh My Gosh I LOVE these and can't wait to pop over to your shop. I have admired you for such a long time :) The beautiful garlands you did a ways back with sheet music was the first thing I fell in love with. You have a lovely delicate style that is unmatched -I am so glad I refound you through another blog. Peace and Happy Weekend!

Pam,
I love journals like yours! We have a talented lady teaching us journaling techniques at our event--Spectacular, Spectacular.
I'm going to download one of Teresa McFayden's EZines so I can teach myself, too.
You ladies make me feel like a sloth--you run creative circles around me.

I love the idea of a journal being partially collaged, waiting for more! When are you listing them?! I am also excited about partial rolls of wallpaper...

What a great idea! Would have wanted one of your vintage ledger journals. I've been looking for one for a while now but haven't had any luck. By the way, your visual journals are a great source of inspiration.

24 hours later, ALL GONE! Some people must just sit by their computer all day -- haha! Just joshing -- and wondering if you're going to list more of your journals.

I love your journals. All of the beautiful colors and the pockets are such a good idea. I have been making journals to give to cancer patients but I had not thought of the pockets. That would be great for little treasures to be added as the patient collects their victories. Thank you for the ideas...sharon
P.S. I hope you won't mind my using them on the journals for the patients?

They went QUICK!!! I love your journals & was so excited to have a chance to buy one. They must have been snatched up quickly.
So I will lie in wait for the wallpaper 1/2 rolls for now & look forward to more journals to come!

Your decorated journal pages and covers should be framed art! I love your combination of colors, and your photography is impeccable! The clear photos really show all the details. Thanks so much for sharing your art with us!
