We had so much fun together at The ArtNest, and thought the classes blended so well, that we are going to do it again! Amy and I first met Anahata and Mamahata at ArtFest. Teesha thought we'd like each other, so put us in a house together, and she was so right. We've roomed together at ArtFest ever since. But this year, in a case of unfortunate timing, Amy and I will be in Paris instead of ArtFest. (Gees, I think I've been on more planes with Amy than my husband...certainly lately anyway...I swear, I really do have a husband, but you know, someone's got to hold down the fort, ie: bedtimes, reading, carpools, homework, meals, sports, love, etc. etc.) Anyway... besides missing the amazing art experience ArtFest is, we'll also miss hanging with our pal so she came up with the perfect rain check: Art in Ashland I am so excited to visit her world; everything looks and sounds like such a dreamy fit. I'm also super excited to have the retreat during summer and not the school year, and I'm looking forward to seeing who's able to come out and play with us. It's going to be great!
Just to add to the visuals, Amy made some new jewelry (and sent this photo just to torture me), thought your eyes might enjoy the feast too.

hey pam ~ congrats on all your success! your lovely generous spirit shines through in all you do, and the ashland event looks so juicy and decadent...hmmm, oregon in august, i'm off to check my calendar! best wishes ~ xo

Pam: We've not met in person yet, but Amy tells me wonderful things about you and I have loved following all the posts about artfest and listening to Dede's stories about the retreat. Hope to meet you in person this year, if you ever slow down, girl! Have fun in Paris with Amy...it should be an amazing trip! Laissez les bons temps rouler! Regards, Nancy

Sounds like a fabulous workshop, but I've already planned a family vacation that week. Any chance you'll be making it out to the east coast to do some workshops?

Just started a blog last night in hopes to find some friends in the artfield. You are such neat person. So inspiring. I started to search blogs just recently and you have been so inspiring to me that I want in on the fun. I WOULD LOVE TO WEAR YOUR SHOES, to walk the walk. Congrats for being you! Your work is just yummy!!!!

Here is an idea...why dont you, amy and anahata consider doing something here in OC (our cultural wasteland:)...San Clemente has the most charming "Casa Romantica" overlooking the pier. I wonder if they would open it for workshop/retreat...just a dreamy idea to throw out to you..xox-Christine Adolph

evil, evil Amy!
she's trying to deplete our hard-earned Paris mad-money before we even leave!
Have mercy, Amy...you KNOW we are weak!!
Oh, and you, Amy and Anahata teaching together at a retreat is like an art wet-dream! :-p
